Saline and Humidifier seem to have helped me out a little bit, but a sauna sounds nice.

I hate sinus infections. I had three within very short periods of each other so I had to go to the doctor. Apparently the over the counter nasal spray is addictive i did not know this lol. Now I got some that's keeping me straight and not addictive.

For fucks sake man, just go to Walmart and pick up a Neilmed Sinus Rinse, and use that shit a few times. It's usually on the bottom of the shelf with the other could & sinus shit.
Sinus problems should clear up pretty quick after, although flushing your sinuses takes some getting used to. But my god what a difference when it's done.

benadryl is not going to help your sinuses, you need the nasal spary, and then at least a few weeks of daily saline rinse.
trust me, I was going through the same shit 2 months ago.
im fine today...but then again I used that netti pot thing...works like a charm
