weird insurance hassle?

i used to have progressive, i could call up there, drop a car and add a car in about 2 minutes..

drop car (tell them withc one)
add car (give them v.i.n.)
DONE.

now i have insurance together with my house, at a different company.

they want
copy of title
copy of bill of sale

i cant just drop a car and add a car anymore easily. ts bullshit. i have been riding dirty for 4 months now, and look what i get for tryin to do the right thing. ugh

progressive is the easiest company to deal with.

i used to write insurance and progressive was the best for anything.
