    i think its the overall way the car is presented imo. i think a car CAN have a body kit and not be ricer and still look good. then there is the way the owner represents the car, a completely stock car can be rice if the owner has that mentality that he is going to do ricer shit.

    like the 240 that was posted here on ia that actually looked good w/ a bodykit (it wasnt painted yet, but the owner had plans of painting it as part of the rebuild)

    Clean? This is clean. Nice wheels, lowered, but not TOO much, tasteful tint, etc. However, shaving the door handles, throwing on fake HIDs, stickers, lowered so that your camber is at -2.5, rear wings, etc, is just too much.
