Sorry I'm late btw, this lady just left pissed off cuz her insurance canceled over 30 days ago and she was mad I had to rewrite her policy. Had to bite my tounge from saying.... "look here, you gotta pay your insurance once a month, you get no free months, how are you gonna forget to pay? They send you letters in the mail. I'm doing what I can to help you, don't catch no attitude with me. Wit cho betty crocker lookin ass!!!!"
