    My GF's twin sister was almost killed last night because of a drunk driver.

    We had plans to go out for New Years but now we are staying in and having people over since her sister can't go anywhere.

    It looks like WHITE MALES are the worst offenders and Asian Females are the least likely to be DUI. We also learn that Hispanics respond to DUI classes by being 3 times WORSE?
