    Default Gah This Is Pissing Me off

    Okay I got in to a minor fender bender, my fault, and so Im trying to call this kid so I can pay for the damage AND HE WONT FREAKING PICK UP!!!!!
    I don't want to get sued and shit so wtfudge am I supposed to do.
    Mind you he's 18 and was driving his mom's car so Im like great I cant reach him nor his parents because he gave me his cell number.
