    I have actually only been on for a few days and have gotten back in touch with some really old friends from high school... I look at it like an advanced version of classmates.com... I have even found some family members that I have lost contact with over the years... But I guess it's for other things too that I am not using it for.. like dating, getting to know people, etc. But it never hurts to get to know more people in the process...
