WTF!!! I like to think that I can swim in pretty much any pond some1 puts me in. Especially when it comes to fashion. I can "football jersey and Timbaland" it one day - and be a poster boy for Aeropostale the next --- suit-and-tie it the following day and just lounge the day after that. But WTF is up w/ the ballerina shoes --- that shit is not cute; NOR is it sexy. I've yet to see ONE WOMAN pull it off w/out looking like a clown.

2) Cold

3) They are fuckin' ugly and you look like a tool w/ some ankle-tight jeans/leggings and the top of your ugly ass feet showing like you're about to do a toe-stand, japanese split and finish up w/ a pirouette.

I have seen flip flops in winter, xxl shirts when you are a xs.

And I do not understand why they think the damn 80's are coming back into style. Get a damn hair cut and take the damn girls pants and converses off.

Whats wrong with flip flops in winter? Fashion is all about how people perceive me, and I just don't care about that. I just do what I like/feel comfortable in/easy.

The only part you're wrong on is that Chuck Taylors will never go out of style. And they're better driving shoes than any Pilotis or Speedcats.

Dunno where you're coming from, I dont mind these on girls. My roommate (a girl) has a bunch and the last couple girls I've dated wear similar clothing. I mean, they're not ballerina shoes, they're just slip-ons. Put your ignorance back into your top drawer next to the rubbers and take your open mind out of the closet, especially if you're claiming to be some sort of fashion afficianado.

How many styles of flat shoes are out there for women? A ballerina shoe is basically a heel without the heel. Any other kind of shoe without a heel is...well, a sneaker. And I can't wear sneakers with a miniskirt, sorry, not doing it.

Ehh women can wear whatever they want. They dress up a helluva lot better than guys and we just cant complain. But if you havent been out of GA much your perception is really flawed. Here in GA our sense of style is just absolutely hideous for the most part. Up north (and down in FL) people are way better about their sense of style. Then you have cities like NYC where people wear the craziest shit and most of them pull it off pretty well.

I guess "ballerina shoes" would work if she wants to pull off the sexy schoolgirl look:
