Yours is probably a routine your body is use too. Like, sleeping all day and being up all night. I get up around 8 on the weekends and 6 on the week days, but I still only sleep maybe 2 or 3 hours a night. On a good night I'll get like 3 1/2 to 4hrs. If I ever sleep more than 4hrs, its because I got tore up from drinking or something like that....lol
