Other way around. If you plead Nolo, you pay the fine but it doesn't go on your record. But generally if you are half way respectful and talk to the solicitor, they will drop it down some. I have had two speeding tickets, one 18 over and one 16 over, both were dropped to 14 over so that they don't add points to my license

Take defensive driving(u prob already have for your other ticket). I had my shit suspended around this time last year. it sucked. See if you can get it reduced. Be nice in court(should be like 2 months from now), and hopefully the judge will be having a good day. If you really have questions pm me.

nah dude trust me. Get a lawyer or something. Even if you know u werent speeding and a cop says u were in court, just because he is a cop, you are automatically lying. i went wit that rout of just taking it and its not worth it.

Perhaps it would best for him to get a suspension? Since this isn't the first time...it's a fair bet it's not gonna be the last. I've had a speeding ticket before....21 over...guess what I did? I slowed my ass down and for the last 5 years not one...strange how that happens.

I don't see why you would need a lawyer for a speeding ticket. Just go to court and talk to the prosecutor and let him/her know you do not want your license suspended because you need to drive to school/work. If you talk to the prosecutor the right way, they will drop your speeding ticket to 24 mph or lower.

Well my mom went 25+ years without a ticket for anything, and i go 3 months and get a bs ticket that gets my license suspended. 2 weeks later she gets her first ticket. Every single person who rides with me would never guess i speed. i do no more then 10 over 98% of the time. I even was told by my mother i drive slow. luck, cops be assholes via profiling ect, and having a different car has part of it.

ps. when was the last time u went a whole fucking week while going the exact or under the speed limit? yea so untill u do. Shut the fuck up.

Bs ticket=bull shit ticket.

I didnt fight it cuz, lawyer fees, im black, in fayette county, and cuz i was speeding, just not to the extent the cop said i was. He said 28mph over, but i swear on my life, i looked down BEFORE i saw him was doing 20 over, slowed down then saw him. Pulled over, he said i did 28 over blah blah blah, i get fucked in the ass, cuz he is a cop and i am a citizen.

Well, if the ticket is worth fighting, he should have fought it. Most speeding tickets aren't worth lawyer expenses though

you might want to double check that...I had a cop tell me I didnt have to go to court, but since I was under 21 I had to...so check into and dont miss the court date, Gwinnett is famous for losing paper work...
