phone harrassment...

i am pretty frustrated.
my ex keeps calling me and bugging me. he is only supposed to call me and discuss the children. he is blowing my phone amd my kids phones up.
i can block his number from their cellphones, not mine...
we have been apart for three freaking years!!!!!!
in august the restraining order i had on him expired. so now he thinks he has free reign to call me at work and call whenever.......he calls my kids to ask what i am doing not talk to them. its screwed up!!!!!

i called the police, they said there is nothing i can do unless he threatens me physically. i called att they said to change my number. i have changed my number a lot the past year because of him.
i even filed a report with the FCC for phone harrassment.

this is stressing me the hell out so bad!!!

anyone know what i can do?

he is seriously freakin creepy!!!

well, guess what.......... 5:40, i come rollin down the road........nothing.

i am going to call for legal help monday. i tried to see if there was a feature to block his number and there isnt. only if i have parental limits for 5 bucks a month.

Really, contact a lawyer, there is no way NOTHING can be done for all this. Especially saying he will be at your house and such.

if i want to file another protective order. which is what it is looking like.....
i have to file paperwork in Houston County, where he lives. Go in front of a judge to do a temp order, the a week later go again in court with my ex to make a year long order.

he lives about an hour and a half away. (Warner Robins)

so.....i have kids to take care of and a job to go to....and i have to take two days off work to do this shit.
and btw.......he rarely pays child support. (what a surprise)
