phone harrassment...

i am pretty frustrated.
my ex keeps calling me and bugging me. he is only supposed to call me and discuss the children. he is blowing my phone amd my kids phones up.
i can block his number from their cellphones, not mine...
we have been apart for three freaking years!!!!!!
in august the restraining order i had on him expired. so now he thinks he has free reign to call me at work and call whenever.......he calls my kids to ask what i am doing not talk to them. its screwed up!!!!!

i called the police, they said there is nothing i can do unless he threatens me physically. i called att they said to change my number. i have changed my number a lot the past year because of him.
i even filed a report with the FCC for phone harrassment.

this is stressing me the hell out so bad!!!

anyone know what i can do?

he is seriously freakin creepy!!!

sorry for venting.but i know some where there is a loophole, maybey some one knows something i dont....
