Him calling you that much is a form of harassment. Simple tell him to quit calling you, and use the recording feature on your phone to record the call. Then file a restraining order and use the convo as proof and show them the amount of times he is calling you. Explain that you have told him to quit calling you and he wont. That should be enough to get it.
Oh and if he isnt paying child support then he can be put in jail.
