i think it's a fuckin STUPID idea for cops to engage in high speed chases in downtown urban areas like this... if it's out in BFE, who gives a damn? Just a thought -- if the cops just get a license # and let the guy go,:
-pedestrians/other citizens' lives don't get put in danger.
-nobody gets killed
-corvettes won't be destroyed
-traffic remains... shitty -- as opposed to extreeeeeeeeeemely shitty in the case of a wreck
