I just got a PS3. THE GAMES ARE SO HARD!

Yea. I play for like 5 seconds, then I don't want to play anymore. It's just not the same as old video games. I guess this is a sure sign that I am definitely getting old. I like games like Marion, Tetris, Contra, Zelda.....I know. Lame The great thing is that it plays Blue Ray discs. We got this new big ass, bad ass TV and we watched Horton Hears a Who this weekend. I don't even know what they movie was about. I was too awestruck by the hairs on the characters

Any suggestions on games I might like? I played Call of Duty, Grid and Force. Force is my favorite so far.

Not sure if it's your genre of interest, but you can always try a fighter like Soul Calibur IV. Could be a good way to break yourself in.

For some reason when we try to get on-line it says we need to DL an update, then we can't DL it So, we are working on that.

If you're having trouble DLing an update directly to your PS3, then you can DL it to a flashdrive then plug that into your PS3 and it'll recognize it. There's an official write-up over at Playstation forums.

Its kind of cliche but when NFS pro street came out at first it was kind of fun. The only thing is that everything is now done on the track it's not like it used to be where everything was street racing.

They make SNK and Capcom classic games. They have 10-20 little minigames that were older games. Pac-Mac, Street Fighter 2. Stuff like that, they're like $20 buck so check 'em out.

We were able to update the games, but when we tried to get online, it said to update. We are wireless, but we tried to ethernet from one computer to the system

We sold the Wii for the PS3. Dan loves it of course, he is a man. I'll be happy just with the Blue Ray capabilities. I as just trying to be a good woman by getting into the games for him

Don't get her started on Rockband. When Dan called me Saturday morning, I was like "Get Tracy the ION drum kit!" LOL. I'd be over playing with you that day! COD4 is fun Tracy. You just gotta take the time to get used to it. It took me awhile, and I was getting frustrated, but once you get used to it, it's just too much fun to stop playing!

I have everygame thats any good. Id recommend Sonic The HEdgehog, thats simple an mario like.

Drakes Fortune Uncharted is a bad ass game, its fun an not too hard.

I think you gotta stay away from FPS cause they do take alot of controls and they arent easy to get used to.

GRID (Racing game) is awesome youll like that it has regular racing an drifting, DO NOT WASTE money on Gran Turismo Prlogue i think it sucks.

Little Big Planet is supposed to be off the chain, havent played ith though.

So far my fave games are Resistance 2, Metal Gear Solid 4, Drakes Fortune. Heavenly Sword was a cool game too.

Ive got an NES sitting in a closet. PLUS, I saw a couple in Villa Rica today at some Game Store next to Wal Mart. Sixty Bucks. They even had some Sega Genesis consoles.
