    If it looks like something from a trailer park or prison cell, and it is open to public view, then we are by all means free to form an opinion about it

    It affects how your perceived by others around you. Now I'm all for advocating a person being comfortable with themselves, but I still have standards and I will openly say that tattoos = trash.
