Like you said, it varies on personal preference. My father has four tattoos and I disapprove of each of them. I can't control that. However, I do know that if my girlfriend gets an irregular piercing (belly, tongue, lip, nose, ect.) or a tattoo, it'll be over in a heartbeat. I have no tolerance for it.

I have yet to get a tattoo because I can't make up my mind on what I want. I just want to make sure I'm in the right state of mind to make such a commitment. I know one thing is for sure I will get a tribute to my daughter somewhere. Other than that I will probably cover most of my body. Tastefully of course

... i felt that way with kelly actually... even though i had tattoos.. to me they wouldn't have fit her.. she did pierce her nose... and i didn't like it.. but i lived with it....

that may sound a bit hypocritical but.. she didn't mind my tattoos.. yet i knew i wouldn't like them on her... (i wouldn't have left her though... just been very displeased...)
