That's an ASSumption based solely on a split second's visual perception of someone. "Trashy" is usually reserved for people who ACT "trashy". Therefore, how is it humanly possible to say someone is "trashy" when you've not even met them, heard them speak, saw them act, know where they live....etc. It would be perfectly fine to say that you think someone looks or acts "trashy" and they happen to have tats. One doesn't have to automatically affect the other. But much like calling EVERY black person the N word just because ONE or TWO or TWENTY act like they have no class, it shows that you are narrow minded by forgetting the other 20 Billion that aren't.
