Hardly. Your posts went from generalized statements, beliefs, and relatively good content to cynical, "Oh, I get it now" and "My bad, I was way off base" without any provocation.

I never bashed anyone on their views. Find the post where I did so. I made on spiteful post as my initial comment in the thread due to my distaste on the subject at hand and that was it. If anything, I posted my opinion and even expressed my willingness to accept it as my opinion and that alone. I event went so far as to compare my biasedness with those of others to accept personal faults of my own.

Ok. I am sorry. I am over it. I could go on and on, as I'm sure you well know, defending my way and my views. I don't feel like I was bashing anyone and it wasn't my intention, just as you don't feel you were bashing anyone. Agree to disagree? I used slight sarcasm, but it wasn't crude (the dick sucking was crude, I'll be sure to stick to fellatio from now on). It was meant to bring the point home. You CAN do that in a debate. I've had communication class recently and it is well accepted...in the case we are getting technical on what constitutes a debate.

Like I said, it did upset me that you called it a self righteous crusade and didn't get that it was just a discussion for me. But trust me, lesson learned. I will not embark on that type of discussion again with anyone on this forum. I know for sure that it's only use is for mindless chatter. I stepped back for a few months and got PM's about how I should post more and I kind of missed IA when I was bored. I wanted to come back and try to stay on the topics of REAL discussion. I now know that I cant do that – either because I can't handle myself in a way that doesn't offend others, or vice versa. So, Ran, thanks for the reminder

Agreed to disagree. Also, it's my belief that senseless mudslinging and cynical remarks are the death of modern debate. Having taken a few dabate classes myself I find myself in disagreeance with a number of their "acceptable" practices.

If you ever cared to check back at the thread, you'd see that I pretty much retracted that comment immediately since, after reading it, I realized that my wording was a bit harsh. In any case, it was not my intentions to hurt your feelings or affect your outlook on the website to this degree, but do what keeps you happy.

Tracy quit being concerned about how your coming off in your posts. Those of us that know you can read between the lines and see what you mean. Unfortunatly there are those that cant do so. Keep on being you. Oh by the way, when did you start giving 2 shits about what others think?
