Benefits me? Wow, here we have another case of "you really don't know me". My education had nothing to do with MY color or racial makeup. My grades, degree, community service and drive did. My current position in Corp America has nothing to do with it either. I am educated and qualified.

As I stated, along with T.S., its a doubled-edged sword. Some hiring managers/employers are not hiring QUALIFIED minorites because they are MINORITIES. Some hiring managers/employers are HIRING minorites BECAUSE THEY ARE FORCED TO.
