We weren't allowed scholarships = fixed that prob too

Excuses are monuments of NOTHING, that build bridges that lead to NOWHERE; and those that use these tools of INCOMPETENCE seldom become anything but nothing at all.

Why should I possibly be denied a job or education, leaving a lesser qualified person to take my place? ..to satisfy a quota? Affirmative action or any institution like the UNCF are what makes things unequal. You are obviously a proponent to this system, because it benefits YOU. The only purpose it serves now is giving an upper hand to the lazy/incompetent. Sorry that I don't feel like paying the debt of what someone else's ancestors did to your ancestors.

I understand what you are saying here but you dont think that racism still is very much alive? Even in the way you word your sentences it is made to sound pissed off, like you have suppressed at one time by a different race.

Haha, no anger or racism here...I just think some of these systems are out dated. I think they served their purpose well, but in today's world only infringe upon others.

Benefits me? Wow, here we have another case of "you really don't know me". My education had nothing to do with MY color or racial makeup. My grades, degree, community service and drive did. My current position in Corp America has nothing to do with it either. I am educated and qualified.
