WTF is African-American website content?

What it seems like to me is this:

1st. White people don't like black people, so they segregate them
2nd. Civil rights movement comes along, black people want to be equal
3rd. Some black people don't like white people, want to segregate them...

Maybe not to that extent but you get the idea. Sounds like ignorance to me.
