I understand the view point of it's "hard" to find "black" content to a degree, but then again, I think if you searched for "white" content, you may have the exact same problem. There are some who would say that ALL content is geared toward white people, but I disagree. If you take a look at what is popular in our society, that theory is disproved. Hip-hop and PRESIDENT Obama are just a small sample of that. I am white and I love hip-hop (actually gangster rap), donks and Obama. It has nothing to do with me wanting to be black or anything like that, it just so happens that I was lucky enough to be brought up in a time where i was exposed to those things freely and had the right to make the decision to enjoy those things that are generalized to be for black people.

In the end, I think that it's pretty ridiculous. I am open minded enough to understand the desire for a site like this, but like I said, I think it goes against what some of our great AMERICAN civil rights leader fought for and that is EQUALITY. I think they are being disrespected and their views and plight are being twisted to suit certain people of today.

P.S. I would be equally upset if there were a site that was blatantly geared toward white people, yellow people or brown people (minus the language barrier aspect).
Excellent post!

My things is people like the OP toss it up as if we are trying to distance ourselves from society, WE ARE NOT. I have not tried the site, nor was I one of the people in the 85%, lol. Being THE minority is part of the reason, I FEEL, this browser was created. Like I said above, I would use this to make a narrower search, not cut off the rest of the American race. I grew up around all people, while learning what individuals like MLK fought for. That is where I got my open mind from. I will admit that it does walk a thin line. I am not Google Ad Search Engine master, but I do know that lots of info is hard to find from my personal experience. Now, I am not saying that someone purposely hid the black material that I search for, but if this browser can give THOSE resources easier without disrespecting the civil rights movement, then

Until the site has been proven to deny others, I will not say its racist. Of the people on this site that know me, I don't tolerate BS racism, nor do I jump the gun on things either.
