    within the 4 hours and 18 minutes, he gained a bit more facial hair. still in the same pattern thought.

    in the later photograph, you can see he has on the same red t-shirt, but put a yellow jacket over it. they live at the same address. he has the same exact offense.

    conclusion= same person using different names.
