    Default iPod in a newish 5 series

    Im getting my mom an iPod for Jesusmas, unfortunately her car is equipped with the epic failure known as "iDrive" and so I have no idea how to hook it up it her car. Anyone know this? I've never had an iPod in any of my cars, so this is all new to me.

    um take it to best buy and get it installed! thats the only thing i can say! cause explaining it all in detail would just be way to much! but good luck if you choose to do it on your own..
