Trust me, you've talked to several gay guys who you would've never known they felt the way they do. The obvious ones are obvious, and they're the only ones that you go far enough to feel represent the gay community. Being gay is a more socially acceptable thing now, and just because you got hit on a few times, doesn't mean they're all bad people. It'd be like saying "Every time a black person drives by me, I hear really loud annoying rap music. Why are black people so damn annoying?" When in reality, only the annoying one's get noticed, and every group of people has bad representatives.
