I went through the entire fuel system before i sold the car to relieve the same issue.....after some brainstorming with the new owner i figured since everything from the fuel pump to the injectors had been replaced by brand new OEM toyota parts that it had to be something simple.....i suggested the charcoal canister.....it completely fixed it.....that was awhile ago, who knows if he still owns it now. car was a champ with that 20valve/blacktop ecu/header/Strong Racing (header->back) koni yellows/HKS springs/kbox f/r sway bars and the miata hollowspoke/potenza combo. it still has some electrical issues....but other than that it was mint..i should have kept it
