in all honesty i wouldnt consider a career in the food service industry unless....

1. youve worked in a comerical kitchen and know how shit go;s down if ya catch my drift

2. you have money and time to waste

3.or you know people in the higher ups of the culinary society beacuse unless you do it takes a longtime to make REAL MONEY and usually involves ither working under a big name chef for years and then going and finding your own kitchen to run or finding someone to give you 500,000 LOL
