Has anyone had an issue when giving reps to someone? Every so often when I send reps as soon as I hit the submit button my system goes crazy with tabs opening rapidly in IE. It doesn't happen every time, but has happened a good 5-6 times since the big slowdown a week or so ago. Anyone else experiencing this?
