I know. I played midfield. I think I read somewhere during an active game, a midfielder runs around 5 miles. then practice everyday ... shit was exhausting the first few weeks. I was out of shape. by mid-season, i could outrun all the boys. it was a coed team, but i was the only girl.Originally Posted by speedminded
i say if you are out of shape or weigh more than average people, start playing soccer. you lose weight doing that.
