but i was overweight.. i was an inch shorter, and 50lbs heavier. i weighed over 180lbs at 5'5
im not 5'6 and 128-132 ish.

i did the initial 30lbs in 2 months. i know it can be done by anyone. the biggest part to get over is the mental part of it...

now ive toned my abs where i have a healthy looking stomach. u can see defined abs...but not beastly

yeah. my mom for years lived on child support checks for me and my two sisters. (with no job) and i hated knowing my hard working father was paying for her to smoke all day and not work, while i had no nice clothes or anything other than the necessities. fucking bullshit.

but now i at 20 have accomplished more than she ever has in her 45 years, so i hope it sends her a message. when she sees the 3 bikes in the garage, couple cars, flat screen tv. nice house (built in 2004 so its not old) hopefully she will want more in life than a singlewide/

hell i put in a job app at kroger thats near my full time job, so that i can work full time 7am-6pm (4 ten hour days, sometimes 5) then 6:30-11:30 at kroger...and weekends.

wont be much, but an extra 500 a month helps.
