the largeport 16v they came with are usually garbage(unless you go gte). i wouldnt bother cam'ing it. and an intake and exhaust will net you nothing more than extra noise lol. My 20v cost me $400. i bought it off some kid that was going to swap it in his ae86......had Doug from mr2oc.com make me a harness ($300), resealed the motor/new waterpump/timing belt/tensioners ($190 From Lonestar Toyota JDM-OEM parts ftw), dropped the car on the motor...buttoned it up and it fired off the first time......so not including fluids i had the car swapped and refreshed for ~$900. thats 110hp to 160hp....it was alot of fun and still got me 35 mpg (even running pig rich/no o2). you can find the Silvertops for around $350-$600 now, and they are much much better at handling boost if you so choose that route later down the road. ~300-350whp on stock 10.5/1 compression internals isnt bad...especially when the head is made for F/I

I need the extra noise. I know I'm not going to notice the power, but I need my car to have a good exhaust tone, nah mean? I think I'll be able to afford the 20v swap by summer or so....by then the rest of the car will be completed. I want to keep this thing forever. Do you still have one or did you sell both of them?
