    Look shes knows the deal, as a stripper, your days are numbered. Once you get past 35 its all downhill if you arent getting surgery done. I mean very few strippers are over 35 that ive seen or heard about.

    Just like a professional Model, eventually, your days are going to run out . theres always someone younger.

    Thats like suing your pimp for getting AIDS, i mean if you are a hooker you know the deal lol.

    I agree for her that its shitty that she got fired , but when you are a professional stripper, thats life.

    The ADE Act, (age discrimination employment act) was established in the 60s to prevent people to be fired, or neglected to be hired because of their age. As long as the company makes a bona fide effort to provide assistance to the individual if age hinders them from doing the job they cant be sued. The only time age can be used to fire an individual is if their age disallows them to do the daily functions of life.

    oh, also want to add....most strip cliubs make you sign a lot of legal paperwork. you are pretty much and independant contractor.
    dont ask me why i know this and NO i was not a stripper. i have a few stripper friends.
