It has nothing to do with being cheap. The car passes EVERYTHING except for the fact that the damn Servce Engine light is on.

The way I see it, all I'm trying to do is save a few bucks by paying someone to pass it. It's not like I'm driving a beater that smokes down the highway. I just think it's rediculous that the state requires me to buy a $200 part to pass a test that I'm already passing just because my damn light is on.
