Hovind is behind bars not because his science is wrong, but because HE WAS EFFECTIVE. So they set him up and snagged him on a technicality under the rules of exemption for the corporate excise tax laws and sent him to prison. The jury was hand-picked and carefully prevented from actually reading the laws or getting any information about the right of jury nullification. Your tactic is called a smear, and you are the worst kind of deceiver. Almost as idiotic as creationists. The evidence has been in for a much shorter time, so they don't quite match up in stupidity.

I love the progression though:
There's no such thing as global warming.
There might possibly be, but there's no conclusive evidence.
It's a natural event.
The kid down the block did it, not me.
Anyway it's a good thing, not a problem.
Someone else needs to fix it, not me.


I suspect that you have been confronted by all this information. It's a weak argument, ignorance and logical fallacies do not suggest that you wishe to allow facts to get in the way of your feel-good use of your SUV(im sure you have one). Where's the defense for your argument? You keep comparing the "activists" to creationists, but have yet to make an adequate argument. Considering all the information available, I'd say that the real creationists are those that are making up global warming.

Again you absolutely fail at providing any conclusive evidence on your end, but instead retort with something completely irrelevant to the point at hand. I posted several sources, not including prison planet, and even agreed it was not the greatest of sources. This is seriously all you have to argue???? Seriously?

I've never changed my view, global warming does in fact NOT exist. You have still yet to show me one fact that says otherwise....I’ve been waiting 2 days for your "professional" analysis on the subject, and all I’m left here with is the “im feeling lucky” search function results from Google.

Never in my life have I been a "creationist" or considered myself one bit religious as a matter of fact ...nor do I drive, or have I ever even owned an SUV... You have absolutely no direction in any of your posts...
