Dumbest post ever. Oh and good car selling tactics..Originally Posted by Benefit
LOL and ITR at that track over an M5. A 1987 E28 M5 would destroy your Integra Type R on any track, straight line or circuit. Bad weight distribution HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! You drive FF integra, king of bad weight distribution. An M5 is 50/50!!!
You car runs high 14's, a new M5 will run low 12's. You car suffers brake cooling problems stock on the track, as well as torque steer and just a plain lack of power and grip, an M5 will do a 1:40 on Road Atlanta with bolt on's and R-Compunds...An M5 will lap it's 4 door ass around the Ring in close to 8 minutes, if an 01 ITR made it without brake fading off the track it would be no where near that time.
Don't get BMW confused with Lexus. BMW's and Mazda's are the most road raced cars in the entire world....No car has the readiness to go fast and the ability to last as long as a BMW on the track, other than a new Porsche. Don't believe me, go do some homework...
It would take a 240whp gutted, ITR race car to match the time of a prepped (tires, pads, shocks) M5 with almost nothing invested in it on your typical road course. Don't believe me??? Go look at the NASA time trial times and see what Integra race cars run..
I'm not even going to talk about M3's and M6's as they are much faster than M5's!! The M3 has won more road races than any other car on the planet, how many has your ugly ass bannana yellow ITR won????? You sir, know nothing about cars and you CAN'T EVEN AFFORD TO FIX YOUR OWN TO SELL FOR TOP DOLLAR, yet you expect to sell it for a price you wont

You think TYPE-R is the ultimate when it's really JUST A STICKER...You haven't driven on a track so you can't really say what's better or what's worse, you've never hit your brakes at 120mph and had them not be there on the back straight of a race circuit...You wouldn't know a true performance car if you were tapped up and thrown in the trunk of one...
An M3 was designed for the sole purpose to meet standards to allow BMW to race in a series. It's a purpose built race car chassis and design put out on the STREET. They are built off of RACE CHASSIS, and made into street cars. That is why they are expensive, the engineering and the design of the car is built to win races which costs money. An ITR is nothing but a cheap economy car with a great motor....
Per/liter the M3 is superior in power compared to most cars on the planet. They do not lack the power, given what they compete with. For Christ's sake a 3.2 E46 M3 world record 1/4 mile time is a 12.7@107, that's faster than a 6.0 GTO's record pass..Your trying to tell me they lack power? A 1986 BMW M3 is faster then your car and makes the same power...
Please, they arn't even designed for straight line and they are still fast....
You'll never know until you get in one yourself or ride in one on a road course. I feel like you need help because you talk out of YOUR ASS. If you'd like to see what an M car can do, then come to Road Atlanta November 29th-30th and we'll go lap Road Atlanta in 1:44 seconds with you and me in the car in my relatively stockis E36 M3 with 150,000 miles on it. And we'll do it for 30 mintues straight, without overheating or breaking anything or stopping. How's that for amazing. Love to see your Honda do that 12 times a year, 5 times a day, for 3 days.
