i must say, actually it does! i had a felt tip pen in my back pocket in some jeans once, and the top came off. my entire pocket was black. i took some oxy clean, poured a little scoop in a sink full of hot water, soaked the jeans for a while, then after a little bit, the stain was completly gone and the jeans weren't faded. so give it another shot.... what alot of people dont realize is that that stuff needs hot water to work its magic.
