Assuming the charges were recorded in the order the offenses happened it all started out with a hit and run, could have been a minor fender bender but not having insurance and an expired tag makes it not so minor...so he took off. Plus the failure to appear charge means he had a warrant so he probably knew he was going to jail anyways so why not commit 2 or 3 more hit and runs while fleeing from police, lol!
