A photo taken by a photographer is copyrighted from the moment it is created. It doesn't have to be stated and internet does not = public property.

this is exactly why i posted the thread. it was to bring and or present the idea out there to not only the normal people of IA but also the photographers of the website to see if the idea might be of some interest. if i am wrong in doing so then i apologize. but yea.
