*shrug* i'm the complete opposite.. I can't stand when I'm there, in person, waiting in line and some fucker calls up and the CSR helps THEM before they help the person who has been waiting in person, in line... Autozone is HORRIBLE about this... then again, Autozone isn't good at anything so I guess thats no suprise.
