    Man i just called them on my cell phone... bitch picked up... im like i need to check up on my package need my tracking number?, shes like wait let me transfer you... get transfered to another bitch shes like hello im like hey, i need to check why my package is is stuck there, shes like hold i have a customer(bitch, im a customer too), puts me on hold for fuckin 10 minutes (on my cell fone, minutes aint free ya know) then all of sudden it starts ringing, if you'd like to make a call please hang up and try again... I've been calling back no ones picking up now. slacking ass staff... Disrespectful too, and use too much "ghetto slang" call them up 7706623477 and prank call the bitches...

    *shrug* i'm the complete opposite.. I can't stand when I'm there, in person, waiting in line and some fucker calls up and the CSR helps THEM before they help the person who has been waiting in person, in line... Autozone is HORRIBLE about this... then again, Autozone isn't good at anything so I guess thats no suprise.

    nah id rather be there in person... cuz they cant give you bullshit in person... well they can but they dont... they tend to bullshit WAAAY more over the fone. Like theyll be like "yeah the package isnt here, let me go check [puts fone down for 30 seconds], yeah its not there... call back tomorow" shit like that
