    Yea, lets hope so...

    IF we have all these govt. programs that give free healthcare, free food, free free free...don't you think that they have all these grants, and scholarships for people who can't afford to go? Yea, I think so...If someone really wanted to go they could, no matter what their stature.

    Besides, tax dollars pay for public schooling...you could always, uh...I dunno, maybe do well in school then obtain an academic scholarship? If there's a will there's a way.
