    ok you know that most professional body builders that way 200+ are considered anorexic because their body fat is in the extremely low category. that i am 174-176 pounds and my bf% is 12.3 i am considered athletic but not modeling or body building. most people average anyways fall into the 16-25% which is normal but you do not wanna exceed 25% that is very unhealthy and dangerous. you also do not wanna go below 4% because i becomes dangerous to your health and your body. going below 4% can result in bones becoming weak and fragile, major organs shutting down. you to sustain at least 5% or higher that is recommended, even though most models are below that for some strange reason bones poking out is hot in the modeling world? would you like to info from several different sources on how to get your bf%?

    I was being a smartass when I said get started....if you can't tell by my avatar....I'm a chick that LOVES fitness....I work out 5 days a week....sometimes 2 x's a day. I know all about fitness and the right way to eat, exercise, and ALL about body fat percentages, lean body weight, body fat weight, etc. And, I don't work out at a girlie gym either....
