    i honestly think i have come along way considering i am only 6' and used to way 155 Pounds with a little gut and very small arms. i mean i am by no means hot or bad ass in anyways but i am proud of the progress i have made over the last month and a half. 14.5" arms, coming from 12" lol very small i know but still, and my weight is up to 175 and i have a small six pack now still need to do more than 1.5-2 miles of running every day it just seems like there is not enough time considering i am up at 5 a.m. and dont get back home til like 6 and i have a shit load of other stuff i have to after i get home before i can work out.

    i need to get my wieght up to around 180-185 to be where i would like to be to get my goal 17-18" arms. also no steroids used just legal suppliments, protein foods and shakes, and a ass load of training. i tried doing it for 6 months with out supplements and got exactly jack shit. some of us were shit upon when the genetics factor come into play lol

    lol 10-15% is considered athletic i want to get to 8% because anything below 10% is when your body starts becoming really defined. i am going to make a thread tonight about what i know about body building thus far

    PS: GENERALLY speaking, the taller skiinier girls are deep. You can hurt 'em w/ girth, but good luck satisfying her w/ length (unless you're me) - she'll just ask for more.
