OMG, YES, HE CARES ABOUT GAS MILEAGE, YES IT'S GETTING ABOUT NORMAL GAS MILEAGE. THE OTHER PERSON HAS 1996 CIVIC WITH A B16 AND DOESN'T REALIZE IT, BUT HE HAS A LITTLE BIT OF A HEAVY, BUT HE CARES ABOUT GAS MILEAGE. HE GETS 23MPG. 24MPG OF THE FIRST CAR... ISN'T THAT GOOD WHEN THERE'S CIVICS OUT THERE GETTING 40MPG. CATCH MY DRIFT? NO? NOT SURPRISING. The 2.3 is one of the most uninspiring asthmatic sounding motors ever built. I spent a lot of time around them, they're great for getting around town, and reasonably reliable but they're not fun.
