    no you are correct. but when a small company looses 3 million dollars suddenly and the company only makes 5 million a year... you get where this is headed.
    and k-mart didn't sue us, they bankrupted against us.

    and we actually did go bankrupt. chapter 13 bankruptcy to be exact. when you file for bankruptcy the gov. seizes all the companies property such as vehicles, buildings, etc and sells them to pay off your debts.
