You're obviously stupid as fuck. Being out at 4am doesn't make you a drunk or a prostitute. I'll name some reasons someone would be out at 4am:
1. Going home from work
2. Going to work
3. Late night food craving
4. Leaving out of town (less traffic, very common)
5. Coming into town
6. Random "emergency"
7. Bored

I think that's enough for the purpose, although I could continue. But I have a question, are you saying prostitutes deserve to be hit by drunk drivers? I don't think so, I do think drunk drivers deserve to be hit by other drunk drivers though.
