    Default I Got A Ticket

    Well my fault but anyways I was 19moh over the speed limit. Is it 2 pts or 3 pts, and how much. I got pulled over by the Gwinnett County Police.

    gwinnett pd getting on my damn nerves like i if said in other threads they are morons that have nothing else to do they could be catching the people that steal and distribute but theyd rather give tickets out

    hahahahahahahahah. Everyone just slamming their brakes and I thought I was going 60 but opps to late. Hey no more Prelude. She's gone. I have no car. Seriously no car. Im gonna pick up my new car either tomorrow or sat at a car broker. Sad but she will be missed

    I wonder how much it will go on my insureance.

    not much prolly since ur over 21 unlike me i got a ticket and im not wanting to see how much my new bill will be ina few months

    my question is how bad is your driving record?

    If you have never had a ticket, or its been a few years since you have had one, then ask the solictor when you go to court, to drop it to 14 over and n points on your license...its gwinnet so their tickets run normal...

    Hell I paid close to 700 for 19 over... (the judge charged me 100.00 per ticket for prior offenses) I am not sure if Gwinnett is like that, but if you dont have a record they might help.

    Also if you do end up just paying the ticket go to a defensive driving course, takes up to 6-7 point off of your license, only if you turn it into the state, and you can send it to your insurance company to help a little.

    I believe it is 2 points for 14(?)-19... 20-23 over is 3 points I believe, and 24+ is 6 points.

    Probably around 200. My dad got $201 for 90 in a 65 but hes like double your age lol. SO you might get around $200 since you're younger for 19 over.

    If you have a court date just show up, tons of people don't get points on their license just by showing up at their court date instead of just paying the fine. At minimum you would get your fine reduced, which won't be much anyway.

    And if you're over 21 I'm pretty sure you won't get points anyway.

    Wow. I got a 18 over and my ticket is 120.

    If I go to court, will they lower it to less than 14 seeing how as this was my first ticket?
