Most of the time all you'd need for proof is a pay stub every week showing that your status is full-time and your hours and pay, plus a schedule that shows you're not just kicking back relaxing when you're supposed to be at work but are actually not scheduled to come in and work.

It's worth a shot, not like Unemployment is that hard to get.
