OK here it goes, Stipulation 184 subparagraph g, of the harassment handbook clearly states that it is acceptable to continue behavior detrimental to someones mental state if thier sexuality is in question, and they are under 18..... my bad then carry on.
Ok, but the victim is in highschool and the predator hasn't seen high school since jericurls were in style. Where is the rule for that? It's like he is picking on his own child
