    We became really good friends.... IA.com has been my life since 2000... They have been there since 2001... They were part of IA success... They are IA..




    Today, Leisa Lowenthal passed away... A great friend... I know I havent said much about the situation... But everyday I thought about it.. and talked with personal friends about it.. I even told my parents about it and friends who have nothing to do with Importatlanta

    Leisa was a great person who from what i could see was Always happy... if there was a sad in her in life.. I never saw it... her "witty" Comments in person would always make me laugh.

    I Thanks Brett and Leisa for being part of my life over the 7 years...

    I had the honor to hang out with these guys at plenty of shows, partys...

    But I also been out with them when It was just them..

    She was a great person.... who will def be missed... but def not forgotten..

    Brett, I have been reading brother.. you know I got your back no matter what.. I admire your strengh and character.. Please keep your head up man..

    Leisa is now in a better place... I'm sure she will be watching....

    I will be honest, I know is hard to stay positive at times like this...but dont forget you have the support of 1000's.

    You guys made the age 30 look "HIP" ..

    A few years ago I used to say, **** I want to be like brett and leisa.. **** in there 30's and they are a fun couple.. Bonnie and clyde...

    Well, today is my b-day.( only close friends knew that). I turned 30.. I still want to be like you and Leisa...Keep ya head up bro..

    Beautiful words Julio. I am part of the 30's group, but only joined IA back in May. I had interactions with Brett and Leisa online, but I never got to meet them personally until I met Brett at the hospital. I would have loved to have gotten to know them better as they were closer to my age. I hope over time to get to know Brett better now. Just from what I saw online Leisa will certainly be missed, but know that now, IA has it's very own angel looking down over all of us.

    only met them one time and in that time they left a lasting impression on me, I know that nothing can change what has happened. Brett be strong and keep moving forward don't let this stop you from being that person I met way back when.

    i dont know brett or LEISA but ya'll both sound like really good people. i hate to hear this about anyone. i am part of the 30 and up crowd and married. my heart goes out to you man, like everyone has said "stay strong and keep your chin up".

    OG's coming out the woodwork. Fantastic post Julio. I've only met Brett and Leisa a couple of times; Both times the two of them were always energetic and positive with anything and everything around at the time. Leisa will def. be missed.

    well said Julio. who can forget leisa , no one! even if you met her and brett for real or just on here and yes back in 02 they were all over the place on I.A. . i met them once or twice. the moment i remember and came to mind is one time at an xlr8shen show when the raffles were being given away they called out a ticket i had my ticket out looking at it i was not really paying attention though but brett and leisa were behind me and one of them im sure it was her touched my shoulder and said you won!!! and i was like whoa really , and they were going to move on to the next number but they both raised their hands to get the attention so i could claim my prize . and yeah beautiful people they are . may she rest in piece in a better place, brett keep you head up man she still loves from a better place...

    ^^ Yeah Leisa always looked out for people, Thats just who she was, and she LOVED the car shows and being a part of the car scene. For weeks now I have been reading or have been told how much of an impact Leisa made on this board, and in the local scene and to me that is just amazing to know, and I am sure she appreciates you all, Because I cant begin to tell you how much I do.

    yeah i also remember on the way to car shows. you each would take your car you in the civic and her in the focus... i thought to myself as i saw you guys cruising along aww thats awesome. i want to find someone whom i can roll with together and i have now. and yeah you and leisa are famous on I.A. and made the whoreslounge what it is , though its kind of crappy now compared to its top days but.. no doubt she will never be forgotten!!...
